Family Vacation 2010 - Moses Lake & Anacortes

Here we are in the 'hot' (read: warm) tub at Suncrest RV park where we stayed in Moses Lake.  Unfortunately the weather wasn't quite as hot here as it was while we were in Medicine Hat and Cranbrook.  It was still nice though, and we had a lot of fun here!

Playing at the playground in Moses Lake

On our way from Moses Lake to Anacortes, we HAD (read in between the lines that Jason has wanted to purchase one of these since I was pregnant with London) to stop at the Toys R Us in Bellevue and buy this Jeep for London and Davis.  Unfortunatley, the drive way into the store's parking lot was short and steep and we managed to pulverize one of the jack stands on the trailer.  We'll be stopping by Camper's World on the way home tomorrow to find a replacement!  London helped Jason put the Jeep together and he took some great pictures on his phone.  Hopefully (hint hint honey) he'll post them!

London playing at the park at the Pioneer Trails RV park in Anacortes where we're staying.  (I think Davis must've been napping)  I have to say, that of all of the places we've stayed the past couple of weeks, this place is our FAVOURITE and we will definitely be staying here again.

The RV park has these covered wagons that you can camp in if you so choose!

London getting ready to giver her brother a ride in the Jeep.
Not paying attention to the road (she gets that from her father:)  Oh well, Davis doesn't seem to terribly worried!

Family Vacation 2010 - Cranbrook

Jason went to Home Depot in Medicine Hat (for what, I can't remember); however, he bought this toy for London to put together but then had a hard time finding time to put it together with her.  They FINALLY, got to put it together at Oma and Opa's house in Cranbrook - London had a blast!

Davis started walking just before we left, however, all of the uneven ground at the campsites left him a little unsteady.  Here he is enjoying the level floor of Oma and Opa's sunroom.

Here is my boy misbehaving for a family picture with one set of the kid's great-grandparents.  I guess I should have reminded him of Oma's background of working on the farm, and the bulk station.  It may have been a while ago, but she still managed to wrestle him into submission!  Unfortunately, the picture he's sitting still in, other people's eyes were closed, so this is the one you get to see......

A visit to Cranbrook wouldn't be complete without Jason (and now Davis) taking a spin on the quad!

Family Vacation 2010 - first installment!

Hello Everyone!
It is our last night of vacation, so I thought I'd get a head start on posting some of the pictures that we've taken over the past couple of weeks.  As always, I wish that I had taken more.  I don't have any really good family photos, of just the Munros, or with the extended family that we visited.  Oh well, I guess that's the way it goes.

Here are some pictures from the couple of afternoons we spent at Echo Dale lake in Medicine Hat!

Davis hamming it up while I parked the trailer in Calgary (nothing too interesting - it was a pull through site).

Jason and the kids laying around in bed and watching a movie.

The better part of our road trip experience!

London bouncing in her bouncy castle in Medicine Hat.

Like I said, I wish that I had taken waaaayyy more pictures, but stay tuned 'cause even though there are big gaps (I feel) in our holiday documenting process, I still do have more to show you!
