Okay, so it wasn't a
bad idea, per se - and we did have fun - but it didn't get quite as warm today as it was supposed to. Besides, 'warm' is relative - warm enough to go from your house to your vehicle, is completely different than warm enough to go play outside.
Anyway, we suited up and headed over to the park that is near our house. It was very interesting, since the whole park is still burried under about 3 feet of snow. As you can see - it made for a very safe landing for Davis going down the slide :) After about an hour, my numb hands begged Jason to take pity on them (the kids were fading as well) and we came back home to warm up and eat some dinner!
Alberta does have lots of sunshine - cold winters but nice sunny days. Sunglasses are a year long accessory. Great pictures and it's great to see the kids having so much fun.
