Some More Pictures
I think that these are the rest of the pictures from our photo shoot the other day. As you can see, Davis was less than cooperative and only made it into one picture...... I had made these t-shirts that said, "Big Sis, Big Bro, and Lil Sis" and I really wanted a picture with the kids wearing them - oh well, another time. It'll probably work better when Alleya is a bit older anyway.

New Pictures of Alleya
One of the moms that I met at the MOPS (Mother's of Preschoolers) group that I go to has a home based photography business. She came over today and took some pictures of Alleya and our family for us. These are the first few from our session. Unfortunately, Davis decided that he wasn't going to cooperate so I don't think we got any with all five of us....... Oh well - I'm really pleased with what I've seen so far!

Hello Friends & Family!!!
As you've probably already heard - we welcomed our newest addition to the Munro family this past Saturday March 10!
I was induced on my due date at about 9:30am - contractions started about an hour later but nothing too serious. By 3:30 there still wasn't too much happening and I was a little frustrated since both London and Davis were 'quick' labour and deliveries. At 3:30 my water broke on it's own and the contractions started coming more frequently and I had asked for some medication to help manage the pain. I was given morphine since it's supposed to be longer lasting and I was still so 'far' from delivering. Honestly, I've never had morphine before, but I don't feel like it helped AT. ALL. To make a not so long story, even shorter - Alleya was born at 4:20pm. I was on my way to the bathroom when a contraction stopped me in my tracks - luckily my nurse happened to check in on me at that moment and rushed me back to the bed while physically holding her hands to catch the baby because I was pushing. Alleya came out with one push - the doctor made it in time to deliver the placenta ;)
The kids were a little afraid of the baby at first because she was crying loudly and causing quite a commotion when they came to the hospital to visit. Honestly, I think the poor child was just a little stressed out from her quick arrival. They've warmed up to her now - even Davis held Alleya for a little bit today; we're all enjoying being home together!
