London's 5th Birthday!!!!

Wow!  It's always funny to me which birthdays 'hit' you - Number 5 for London is one of those birthdays for me.  It just seems so much more grown up than 4......  This year we held a Baking Birthday Party for London.  She had a few friends (and us) there - I must say, it was a lot of fun!  London thanked both Jason and I repeatedly for a "wonderful birthday" - my little sweetheart!

For decorations, I hung different sizes & colours of paper lanterns from the ceiling, as well as making my own garland from cupcake liners (to go with the 'baking' theme)

The kids colouring some activity sheets that I had printed out.

These balloons have lights in them - super awesome (as London would say) right!???  Well - the helium didn't lift them off of the ground and we didn't have enough helium to blow up enough 'regular' balloons to hold the lit ones in the air.  In the end, the kids didn't care, they played and had fun with them anyway!

Playing with the balloons and putting on their aprons (well, the girls did - Davis refused)

So cute!

Very Pretty!

Davis ate as much (or more) than he decorated!
